Cognitive Fun Day 2025

On 26 April 2025, we are so delighted to collaborate with Yan Chai Hospital Fong Yock Yee Neighbourhood Elderly Centre in hosting “Cognitive Fun Day 2025.”

Volunteers aged 14 to 16 from various secondary schools spent a pleasant afternoon with over 40 elderly participants.

The beneficiaries were the seniors aged 60 and above who have mild cognitive impairment or memory issues, along with their family members.

During the activity, AI products were utilized, with volunteers’ assistance. Different types of cognitive training are led by the volunteers, aiming to enhance seniors’ ability to continue similar training independently in the future.

Throughout the process, volunteers not only got a better understanding of dementia, but also interacted directly with the elderly, experiencing the program leading skills and the needs of this target group.

Both parties, the elderly and youth volunteers gave us very positive feedback after the event.
